Return & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed promptly, although your bank or payment provider may require several days to finalize the transaction. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Quality Concerns
If your item presents a quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video documentation. Upon verification, we will offer appropriate compensation based on the nature of the issue.
Authenticity Concerns
If credible evidence indicates that a product is not authentic, we will issue a full refund, with no return required. For products that are more prone to authenticity concerns, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as supporting evidence.

Refunds
